Talent Attraction & Retention

This workshop will provide delegates with the fundamentals on how to craft an employee value proposition that differentiates their organization from competitors and taps into the broadest set of talent pools.

Delegates will learn how to develop precise role definitions and select talent based on experience, competency and values/cultural fit. The workshop will also explore how to identify and nurture high potential talent while maintain high overall retention across various segments of the workforce (e.g., Nationals, women, expats etc).

The workshop will be dynamic and interactive with numerous opportunities to practice using new methodologies and tools in break-out sessions and role- plays. In addition, best practices from around the globe will be shared through case studies and the sharing of experiences among delegates.

The objective of the course is for managers and leaders to understand the business value of hiring and retaining the best talent and to learn strategies for doing so in the GCC regional context.

Priyanka Ghosh

Priyanka Ghosh is a recognized figure in the field of Human Capital. Priyanka has worked extensively in the GCC markets for over 5 years. Previously, she held senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Bristol Myers-Squibb, Deloitte Consulting, and Merrill Lynch. She was also Head of Professional Development in McKinsey’s Private Equity Practice for US & Canada.

Priyanka has shaped a talent, training, and coaching offering to focus on the core human capital levers that drive business performance. Priyanka’s performance-centric approach involves partnering with senior leaders to devise and deliver a change program focusing on the following core areas: Senior Leadership Selection, Top Team Effectiveness, Performance Management, Executive & Leadership Coaching, Professional Skill Development & Training, and Change & Communications

Over her career spanning a decade and a half, Priyanka has worked across multiple geographies such as USA, Canada, EU, Singapore and the Middle-East. Priyanka holds a Dual Masters in Communications & Urban Affairs from Michigan State University (East Lansing, USA) and Bachelors in Accounting (Honors).
