This two day interactive course provides managers and key staff with a firm grounding in the laws relating to contract, the key principles of international law and enables delegates to incorporate legal considerations within their day to day operational decision making activity, to avoid unintended legal consequences for both themselves and their organisation. The course content is approached from an operational perspective firstly, enabling delegates to then appreciate the possible legal solutions and their implications to the issues that they encounter on a day-to-day basis.
