Your trainer

Stephen Walker

Stephen-WalkerStephen Walker is a Business Psychologist and a senior partner at Brentfield Consultancy, a practice that specialises in designing assessment and development processes for recruitment, management and leadership development that add
measurable ROI.

In his early 20s he trained as an accountant. He travelled and worked globally experiencing war zones and luxury resorts. After completing his Psychology degrees, he lectured in Psychology and statistics at the University of London. During this time he was actively involved in research and developed his theoretical knowledge by working as a consultant Psychologist with various organisations.

His own area of professional practice has focused on methods of developing individuals and organisations by the use of sophisticated statistical modelling, designing practical assessments and tests for leadership/management development
and selection programmes.

He has a special interest in Emotional Intelligence and how it is assessed and developed cross culturally to improve performance. He was part of the team that developed the EBW Emotional Intelligence System for Business in the late 1990s.

He works internationally delivering EBW programmes and services as well as working as a excutive coach and a coach supervisor to a select group of clients. He continues to give guest lectures at the University of London and provide research
supervision to students.

Fay Niewiadomski

Fay-NiewiadomskiFay Niewiadomski, a former University Dean with over 40 years of experience is an international, award-winning communication and change management strategist.

Founder and CEO of ICTN since 1993, she consults for and trains leading multinationals in the MENA region. Fay pioneered Assessment Development Centers in the region during the 90s and continues to implement these at Senior
Management level.

A Master Facilitator for TMSDI and EBW Emotional Intelligence System she is an expert in the use of integrated psychometric and diagnostic tools for leadership, communication, teamwork, organizational development, change management and innovation. She is certified by the Banyan Institute in California, USA as a 5-PATH® Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist and 7th Path SelfHypnosis® Teacher.

Recent qualifications are: Strategic Interventionist with Anthony Robbins, Cloe Madanes and ‘Making the Stage’ with T. Harv Eker. Fay has received advanced coaching from some of the top people in the movie industry in Hollywood.

Fay has delivered over 2500 seminars and workshops, published close to 450 articles on the business culture of the Middle East and helped CEOs, Board Members, Presidents and Ministers of Government to meet the challenges of communication, leadership and change within their organizations.
