Basic Leadership Skills

This workshop will focus on different styles of Leadership and what works for the individual participant. The workshop will be followed by individual coaching. The Basic Leadership Skills workshop will enable participants to understand their style of leadership, how to be an inspiring leader, and focus on the ‘to dos’ vs. the ‘not to dos’.
